The Red Devils are reportedly not interested in paying Crystal Palace's release clause for Olise as they believe they would be overpaying, with his current contract set to expire in the summer of 2027. Bayern Munich and Newcastle are also reportedly open to hold personal talks with Olise but Chelsea are said to be confident of completing the signing of the Frenchman this summer.

As per Fabrizio Romano, Oliver Glasner's side have offered a new contract to Olise which would offer him a higher wage and would also pump up his release clause for this summer. It remains to be seen if he is willing to sign it, however.

WHAT NEXT FOR OLISE?

Despite his wonderful Premier League season, Didier Deschamps did not call Olise up for the French national team as they headed to Germany for the Euros. However, this will mean that the deal for Olise could be completed sooner rather than later.
